The Supervisory Committee of OLAF is an independent body, composed of five members, established by OLAF Regulation 883/2013 to reinforce and guarantee OLAF’s independence by regularly monitoring the implementation of OLAF’s investigative function.
The Controller of procedural guarantees is responsible for handling complaints regarding OLAF's compliance with procedural guarantees and the rules applicable to its investigations, in complete independence, including from OLAF and the Supervisory Committee.
